Work

Building human-centered intelligent systems. Translating ideas into impact.

My work lies at the intersection of AI, machine learning, and innovation, focusing on how advanced technology can be designed, scaled, and governed to create real-world value.

My professional work spans large-scale AI systems, personalization and recommendation platforms, Generative and Agentic AI, and research-to-production leadership. I am particularly interested in how complex ideas move from theory to practice—across teams, organizations, and products used by millions.

How I think about my work

I approach AI and innovation with a few guiding principles:

  • Systems over silos — technology, people, and process evolve together
  • Evidence over hype — rigor, measurement, and long-term thinking matter
  • Human-centered design — intelligence should serve users, not overwhelm them
  • From insight to execution — ideas matter only when they can be built and sustained

These principles shape both the topics I write about and the way I engage with them.
